No Refund Policy
Once you purchase this package, I will immediately invest in services and resources on your behalf. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. The package includes tools and resources intended to assist you in planning and organizing your wedding, and once designated, these services cannot be refunded.

Responsibility for Wedding Planning
This package is a DIY support tool to help you as you plan your own wedding. While I provide guidance and resources, the responsibility for managing, coordinating, and executing all aspects of your wedding planning remains yours.

Timeline Completion
For the wedding day timeline service, it is your responsibility to input all necessary details into the system at least 6 weeks before your wedding date. This ensures enough time to create and deliver your custom timeline.

Virtual Sessions
Virtual coaching sessions must be scheduled by the client using the provided online link. Any scheduled session can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If changes or cancellations are not made within 24 hours, the session will be forfeited without the option for rescheduling.

Warranties and Guarantees
As your wedding coach, I am dedicated to offering you the most reliable guidance based on industry best practices. However, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. While I provide trustworthy recommendations, you remain responsible for all final decisions, the planning process, and execution of your wedding.

No warranties of any kind are offered. By purchasing this package, you agree to release Irene’s Bells from any claims, liabilities, or losses that may arise during our work together.
