Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. However, payments already made are non-refundable. Irene’s Bells accepts a limited number of clients, and your monthly payment secures your reserved time and support in the program.

Virtual Sessions
Virtual coaching sessions must be scheduled by the client using the provided online link. Any scheduled session can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If changes or cancellations are not made within 24 hours, the session will be forfeited without the option for rescheduling.

Management and Guidance
To effectively manage your schedule and budget, it's crucial that all information as it pertains to your wedding and wedding expenses are communicated clearly. While most of this will be discussed during our virtual sessions, you’re welcome to share updates via text or email as well. It is important to note that I will offer guidance along the way, but ultimately, it is your choice on how you decide to proceed with the planning of your wedding and allocation of funds.

Warranty and Guarantee
As your wedding coach, I am dedicated to offering you the most reliable guidance based on industry best practices. However, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. While I provide trustworthy recommendations, you remain responsible for all final decisions, the planning process, and execution of your wedding.

No warranties of any kind are offered. By purchasing this package, you agree to release Irene’s Bells from any claims, liabilities, or losses that may arise during our work together.
