By purchasing a Happy Ever Bridal Club membership, you will receive immediate access to the program content included with your membership. All payments are nonrefundable.

**Membership & Billing**

Monthly memberships are billed at $17 per month and automatically renew each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Annual memberships are billed at $147 for 12 months of access and automatically renew each year unless canceled before your next renewal date. If you cancel, you will continue to have access through the end of your current paid membership period.

Canceling your membership prevents future renewal charges and does not provide a refund for payments already made.

**Program Materials**

All materials provided through the Happy Ever Bridal Club are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, copied, sold, or distributed without prior written consent. Unauthorized sharing or duplication may result in termination of access without a refund.

**Program Guidance**

I am committed to providing helpful wedding planning education and guidance based on industry knowledge, standards, and best practices. However, every wedding is different, and Irene's Bells cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

The Happy Ever Bridal Club is designed to help you plan your own wedding. You are responsible for the decisions you make, the vendors and services you choose, and the planning and execution of your wedding.

Irene's Bells may provide suggestions, resources, or recommendations, but you are responsible for evaluating and selecting any vendors, products, or services you choose to use.

**Agreement**

To the extent permitted by law, Irene's Bells is not responsible for losses, damages, claims, or disputes resulting from your wedding planning decisions, vendors, products, services, or use of the information provided through the Happy Ever Bridal Club.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
